I am Mark Dann. I am married and have two boys that are now out of College.
After graduating College myself, I went to work for two of the largest Commercial, Retail and Residential developers in Dallas. I eventually left to work for a Fortune 500 Home Builder in the DFW area. Climbing up the ranks, I became VP of their Custom Home division. In 2005, I resigned to start up my own Custom Home Building Company, Highland Classic Homes.
I build around 5-8 homes a year. Each home we build is totally custom. It fits the mold of our buyer and is designed to fit the specific lot. We are very hands on and take the buyer one step at a time through the entire process from financing, to finding and buying a lot, to the design process, all through the construction and even long after they have moved in. We like to develop long term relationships with our buyers.
We also look for trades, contractors and all the people who work with us who are not only great at what they do but are also great people. Our buyers can expect the very best in customer service and satisfaction.
Although we do support our community and schools, our marketing relies solely on “word of mouth.”
I find it a privilege and honor to build for my buyers. Our goal is that when they finally move in and start enjoying their new home that they will look back and say they had an enjoyable and memorable experience building with Highland Classic Homes.
I am also on the board of the Dallas Builders Association.
